Create Your Growth:

A Creative Expression Workshop on Growth and Renewal

As the seasons shift, spring invites movement, renewal, and the quiet emergence of what has been resting beneath the surface. This in-person creative expression workshop offers a space to pause, reflect, and explore your own experiences of growth and transition through art-making.

Our focus

Connect with the rhythm of spring

Spring can symbolize renewal, transition, and new possibilities. Through guided reflection and creative exploration, you will be invited to consider how this seasonal shift may mirror your own inner experiences.

Explore personal growth and change

Whether you are moving through a transition, starting something new, or noticing subtle shifts within yourself, this workshop offers space to explore what is unfolding in your life—at your own pace.

Express through creativity

Using materials such as drawing, painting, and collage, you will be encouraged to create intuitively. The focus is on expression rather than technique, allowing your inner world to take shape visually.

Create space for reflection

Gentle prompts will support you in connecting your creative process to your personal experience, helping you notice themes of emergence, letting go, and possibility.

What to Expect

This workshop offers a guided yet flexible creative process centered on the theme of spring as a metaphor for growth and renewal.

The workshop includes:

  • A brief grounding and creative warm-up

  • A main art-making process inspired by spring imagery and symbolism

  • Optional reflective prompts to support personal meaning-making

  • A space for optional sharing and group connection

All art materials will be provided.

No artistic experience is needed — just a willingness to explore and be present with yourself.

    A little bit about me:

I’m a passionate bilingual French-Canadian art therapist who believes individuals are fundamentally creative and possesses the internal means to self-actualize. I consider arts to be a unique way to get in touch with our self (our true authentic self) and I trust that the agent of healing lies within the artistic process, rather than in the outcome. My professional values are authenticity, respect and collaboration.

    Areas of Experience:

My goal as an art therapist is to create a safe and caring space that promotes creativity, well-being, expression and self-knowledge. I accompany individuals experiencing various emotional and relational difficulties, among others related to self-esteem, grief and loss, life transitions, self-care, trauma, stress and anxiety. I also have experience accompanying caregivers living with a family member who has a mental health issue. I have experience working with an adult clientele as well as with children and adolescents.

    Therapeutic Approach:

I am a sensitive, open and professional art therapist working from a client-centred, emotions-focused, trauma informed and strengths based approach that integrates mindfulness practices as well as cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT) and Solution-Focused therapy (SFT) interventions.

I currently provide services in English and French to individuals living in Ontario and Quebec.
