Personalized Counselling & Psychotherapy Services

Psychotherapy, also known as talk therapy or counselling, is a collaborative process between a trained therapist and an individual, couple, family, or group. In psychotherapy sessions, clients discuss their thoughts, feelings, and behaviors and work together to find different coping strategies, new perspectives and alternative ways of relating to the presenting issue.

Individual Psychotherapy

Please note that only professionals who have obtained their Registered Psychotherapy designation and are recognized as qualified by the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario, are allowed to provide the Controlled Act of Psychotherapy in Ontario.

Individual Counselling

  • Work with a Certified Canadian Counsellor (CCC)

  • Focus on personal growth and goals

  • Confidential space to talk about sensitive concerns

  • Develop interpersonal skills

  • Dedicated one-to-one attention

Please note that in Canada, only professionals who have obtained their Certified Canadian Counsellor designation and are recognized as qualified by the Canadian Counselling and Psychotherapy Association, are allowed to provide counselling services in Canada.

Counselling and Psychotherapy Fee, Insurance, Payment Options and Sliding Scale

The rate is dependent on the therapist’s experience and qualifications.
