The Art Hive is our open, inclusive community space where the healing power of making art is accessible to absolutely everyone. It is not a formal therapy session, but rather a welcoming third place centered on connection, self-care, and creative freedom.

It’s simple: show up, grab some materials, and create whatever you like. There are no expectations, no artistic skill required, and no right or wrong answers. A trained facilitator is always present to welcome you, offer gentle guidance if you want it, and hold a safe space.
